The exercise within the club is very dynamic, really fun, and offers a unique and intensive mind-body-energy training experience.

After a couple of classes, you may just find your body more fit and flexible and an easy smile more comfortably spreading across your face.

While no experience is necessary, a very open mind helps. ^0^ The exercise can be strong, very unique, and challenging both physically and emotionally-thus, a ‘beginners mind’ is always the best place to start!
