Mon:
8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Tues:
7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Thurs:
8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Sun:
6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Practices are held at Leighton pool inside of the rec center, come 15 minutes early to stretch and warm up.
