Ron Thompson's expertise in training and developing goalies led to the Northwest Division best 8.64 goals allowed per game. He has also provided the team with offensive strategies, defensive scouting reports, and guidance for the inexperienced squad. The success of the Ducks was due in large part to the addition of Thompson.
