Note: Beginning September 1, 2007, people who enroll in U-LEAD need to take an additional required course that will give the participants an overview of current issues and trends in the labor movement. We will identify this new required course in the upcoming 2008-2009 program brochure. This course will be eight hours and will raise the total number of hours in cluster 4 to 24 and total certificate hours from 56 to 64.
