Text Box: The 1920s is an amazing era full of some great times. Jazz music took on a new meaning as players like Duke Ellington took center stage. Fashion began to change, and new styles for both men and women emerged. It was also a time for inventions taking flight and becoming common in everyday households. One of the most popular inventions was the Model-T automobile.

To find out more about this era go to the web site:
The 20’s experience

Within the website, you must do 5 things:
1. Read the introduction
2. Go to the people link and read the biography of Henry Ford
3. Go to inventions link and read about the radio
4. Go to literature and either read about Langston Hugh or Robert Frost (this includes reading the poems)
5. Go to music and read about Duke Ellington. (If you can get it to work on the computer, I encourage you to listen to one of his songs)

During your reading, write at least ½ page of notes that describe: [title page: the 1920’s experience]
·	What types of dresses were popular
·	Who was a popular poet then and tell a little bit about their life
·	Know who Henry Ford was and how he become rich
Write a short paragraph beneath your notes on how you think that this improvement in technology and social changes could be destructive economically and environmentally on the United States.
