diglib: Sale price for Omnipage 15 Professional

We have just learned about special pricing in effect for Omnipage 15 
Professional -- $99.95 per licensed copy compared to $278.00.

Omnipage is licensed per workstation, we are not able to meter it with 
the key server.

If you or your department has a need for additional copies of Omnipage, 
please contact Will Harmon by Friday, 4/20 (we do not know how long this 
sale price might be offered).  He will need to know the workstations 
that need to run this software and the project(s) for which it will be used.

Depending on the workstations/projects, departments may need to cover 
the cost of this software.
