diglib: DCC meeting - September 18

DCC is scheduled to meet at 2-3:30 Monday, September 18.  This meeting
will be in the West Conference Room due to a scheduling conflict with
Rowe.

Agenda:

* Updates
* Art on File - Claimed images and ArtStore re-scans
* Manuscript Collections and other donations that include files on either
the donor's personal computer or on 3rd party web servers
* DCC Membership - Is the tablesetters model necessary?  What purpose does
differentiating between members and alternates serve?
