SUSHI capability will be a component of ERM in the 2006 release, we think.  Washington State is already beta-testing this.  Even the 2005 release makes managing our usage stats easier than before.  Tim Jewell at UW has worked on this NISO initiative.  It is nice to 
have this expertise in the Northwest.  Now, if we could just convince more publisher and vendors to become COUNTER compliant. 

BTW, Orbis-Cascade is a member of COUNTER.
