diglib: DCC Meeting January 30 in West Conference Room

In preparation for this meeting, Corey and
I have been working on a revised survey form
in surveymonkey. We've done a test run and
are doing some more tweaking of the survey questions
based on that. Also in preparation for Monday's
meeting, I've combined into one document what had
been 3 separate documents that Normandy and I had done
as context for the survey. That combined document is
available off our work site
