Ted Schrecker
Ted is a political theorist by background. He has spend 15 years in the environmental policy field as a legislative researcher, academic and consultant. He worked for the governing New Democratic Party of Ontario. He taught environmental studies at Trent University and developed one of Canada's first undergraduate courses in environmental development and political science at the University of West Ontario. Ted has written study papers on the political economy of environmental hazards and a policy statement on workplace pollution.
Ted is presently Associate Director of Westminster Institute for Ethics and Human Values in London, Ontario. He coordinates a Canada-wide research network on sustainable development, growth and distributive justice
