Ben MackeyGraduate Student Research Highlight: Ben is studying slow moving landslides in the Eel River catchment of Northern California to better understand landscape evolution over a broad range of timescales. He is using LiDAR imagery coupled with aerial photography and geochemical analysis to quantify the long term sediment flux from the hillslope to the river.
