Oregon Cricket Club is part of the University of Oregon Club Sports. Club Sports is located at the The Erb Memorial Union Club. Club Sports help’s establish teams like us and many more. They support us financially and provide us with access to all the facilities we need here at the University of Oregon. With Club sports’ hard work we are able to bring the wonderful game of cricket to the University of Oregon. Club Sports receives it’s budget from student fees.

About the Team

The Oregon Cricket Club team is a member of Oregon Cricket League. We compete with other club teams in the South Division of the league. This is a club for both women and men.

We are a club comprised of both experienced and first time players, with the common goal of learning and improving our skills in the game of cricket. The main goal of our club is to bring cricket to people who are interested in learning the sport or just want to get a chance to play the sport!

Throughout the year we do fund-raising activities such Mac Court clean-ups, and a letter writing campaign to help finance our road trips and keep our dues low.

Practice

We provide all equipment to play the game of cricket. We go to great lengths to make sure you are protected when practicing or playing. All you need to bring to practice is track pants, running shoes, sports t-shirt, water and a whole lot of enthusiasm and the will to learn a new sport. We want to provide as much exposure we can to you so you need to come to every practice if you want to play.

With the combination of hard work and dedication we hope to give you the opportunity to learn and enjoy cricket
