Students Helping Students!
The Office of Student Advocacy (OSA) provides an opportunity for third year law students, under the supervision of active members of the Oregon State Bar, to advocate on behalf of individual students and assist students charged with conduct code violations. In addition to individual student representation, student defenders research legal and policy issues, interact with faculty and administrators, review administrative rules and engage in outreach activities.
All student defenders are practice-certified according to Oregon Supreme Court rules. Student Defenders uphold at all times the strictest level of confidentiality with students.
